Kevin shook his head slowly as his jaw clenched. Oh was Ryan going to get it now. "Whatever. Ya know...You two shouldn't be alone here. A huge house probably with huge beds." He smirked at him. Kevin knew that whenever Kevin had mentioned something like that in front of Nicole she would start to tremble. "Well I'll be leaving now." He smiled a little and walked out the door.

Ryan's face fell with Kevin's last comment, but the boy was glad it was only he and Nicole in the room now. Something about Kevin...it had always set something off inside of Ryan. Something about that boy wasn't right. As the door closed behind him, Ryan turned to Nicole, a worried look on his face. "You alright?" he asked, his voice a tad shaky.

When Ryan punched Kevin and helped her up she had quickly gotten behind of Ryan. She didn't want Ryan to fight him but she knew that Ryan would probably win. At the mention of beds and rooms Nicole's eyes started to water. She started to shake as anger built up inside of her. She was mad at Kevin and he knew it. No way was Nicole leaving this house. No matter what she was staying here. Right after she saw Kevin leave the gates and them close again. When Ryan asked if she was alright she couldn't say anything. But instead she just nodded.

Ryan could tell something was up with Nicole, and it was all because of something Kevin had said. The boy sat her back down on the couch, sitting down next to her once again. He put an arm around her, quietly saying, "Everything'll be alright," as he started the movie again. Nicole needed something to get her mind off of what had just happened. As they sat there, Ryan knew he had to speak with his father about the security around the house. Something needed to be done.

Nicole layed her head down on Ryans chest as she began to watch the movie. It was like old times between them except without the boyfriend returning. Nicole tried hard not to think about Kevin and focased on the movie but her thoughts kept racing. She didn't know what to stop them and she just wanted to forget about it. Nicole wasn't going to talk about it at all with anybody at all.

Ryan kept looking from the movie to Nicole, his head racing. So many things needed to be done...it was going to be a lot of work, but Nicole was worth it. "You wanna stay the night?" he asked all of a sudden, looking down at her. The boy wasn't sure why he asked that question, other than he thought she might like the company. He thought it was a harmless enough suggestion...hopefully she would, too.

Nicole looked up at Ryan as she lifted her head off of his chest. She sat up still looking at him. "Are you sure?" Of course Nicole wanted to stay but she didn't want to make Ryan feel uncomfortable and she didn't want to intrude on any of his plans he probably had with friends. "What would your parents say? I mean would they be okay with it?" Nicole thought that his parents would mind since they were now teenagers and would probably think they would be sleeping together. Thats not what Nicole had in mind. She just wanted to be here since she felt safe. Well with Ryan anyways.

Ryan smiled. At this point, he really didn't care what his parents had to say. He was given the opportunity to help a friend and he planned on doing just that. "Oh, I don't really care what they'd have to say," he said, his smile turning into a small smirk. "I think it might be better, for tonight, anyway," he added. "There's a guest room right next to mine we could make up for you." It really wouldn't be a bother, either. Ryan hadn't made any plans, which worked out beautifully.

Nicole smiled at him and hugged him. "Thanks Ry." As she pulled away her smile never left her face. "It's really good to be with you again. Honestly." It was the truth too. It was the best feeling Nicole ever had in her life. Especially when she kissed him. She smiled at the rememberance. Had he liked the kiss? Or was he just saying it so he wouldn't hurt Nicole.

"No problem," he said, smiling, as he hugged her back. "It really is," he continued, his smile broadening. The boy really had missed Nicole when she had moved, but now that they were back together, it was like old times again. Nothing would be able to separate them again...even Kevin. Ryan knew problems would lay before them now that he knew Nicole was here, but he wasn't worried about that now...much.

Nicole smiled at Ryan and leaned back against the couch. "Where are your parents anyways?" She asked looking around the huge room. She thought his parents were always around. So why aren't they here now? Nicole totally forgot about her step-dad and her brother at that moment. Maybe she should call them and let them know where she is...but they dont know Ry and wouldn't approve of her sleeping here

Ryan's eyes never left Nicole. He was intent on making sure she was as safe as she could possibly be. "They went out somewhere for the New Year and haven't come back yet," he said, smiling, "which doesn't bother me at all...I like having the house to myself." He looked around the large room, smiling at himself. His gaze then turned back to Nicole. She should probably go home...or stay here. Ryan would much rather her stay here, but if they were to tell somebody, he knew they wouldn't approve...

Nicole smiled at Ryan. "Thats cool I guess." She said as she looked towards the door. Gawd she was going to be paranoid now. Now that she knew Kevin was here in Hollywood. Nicole looked back at Ryan. She desperitaly wanted to kiss him. She needed it. Nicole had an excuse this time too. She leaned in and brushed her lips against his softly. Nicole wouldn't mind if he pulled back. But she didn't want him to. Does this feel weird to him t hough?
